Since 2001 WHI has been working with a new training concept, the objective being the systematic
promotion and encouragement of the up-and-coming talents within the company:

1. Trebling of new appointments.
2. New training courses.
3. Integrative support from staff development unit and
    training officers.
4. Optimised communication of knowledge and skills
     through practically relevant equal treatment and
     integration into work activity with an international
     orientation.
5. Project work to supplement day-to-day business
     tasks.
