Our Group is developing very dynamically; being innovative is our ethos. In order to meet the many requirements of our clients, our members of staff need to have a high level of flexibility and initiative.

As a family-owned business, we promote personal responsibility and guarantee a culture of trust and openness amongst employees. Constantly searching for improvements, looking to the future and making things happen – that is the way we do things at the Wünsche Group.


Besides fair and attractive remuneration packages, we offer our staff a number of other interesting benefits. These are agreed individually and may differ according to the actual location and position. Packages include allowances for use of public transport or enrolment into a company pension scheme. We also offer our staff a programme of language courses and further training opportunities. And a range of inter-company sporting activities is just as important.


We encourage a culture of open feedback and communication. Feedback must be timely and provided in every direction – not just during regular appraisal meetings. Our communication is characterised by respect and acceptance, and is always solution focused. Team spirit, honesty and mutual understanding guarantee collaboration between the companies and teams across the Group.

Mission statement

"Act for tomorrow" is the title of our mission statement. It is based on four elements: Motivation, dynamic capabilities, directness and sustainability. We deliver top quality solutions and services through our motivated, passionate and entrepreneurial approach. We are positive, optimistic and bold. Clients know we are reliable, authentic and cooperative. Our sustainability is guaranteed through innovation, independence and by remaining true to our Hanseatic heritage.

Flat hierarchies

We are a family-owned business. We do not believe in unnecessary procedures, bureaucracy or staying behind closed doors – the only way forward is direct communication between teams and colleagues. We do not delegate tasks, but make decisions and take full responsibility for our actions. At the same time we have developed a 'no-blame' culture, based on learning and positive further development. Meeting marathons? No way. Fast decisions and clear processes – that is the way we work in the Wünsche Group.

Human resources development

We respect the individuality of our staff whose ideas may change over time. We adapt to this. We take into account the many wishes in terms of personal career development. We therefore seek to negotiate individual agreements with members of staff which allow space for personal development. This includes, among other things, regular appraisal meetings as well as coaching and training opportunities.
